Can I split one pitch between two or three groups?
Yes. A full-size pitch can become two or three sections, and each group books its own section. club67 never lets two groups share a section at the same time, and when a big group needs the whole pitch, it books all of it.
Our coaches change groups every day. Will they see the players?
Yes. A coach opens, on the phone, the register of whichever group is in front of them that day, sees the players and marks attendance. Parents and athletes see no difference.
We do not charge by the month. Is that supported?
Yes. You charge the way that suits you: by the month, every two or three months, or one amount for the whole season, at once or in instalments on your own dates. A registration fee and a special price for a second child fit in too, and anyone who pays ahead sees those months as paid.
How do families hear about changes and cancellations?
With push notifications in the club67 app, for iPhone and Android. An announcement goes to the whole academy or to one group, and when a session is cancelled, only the people affected are notified.
Our athletes are in Excel or another system. Do we have to enter them one by one?
No. Send us whatever you have, Excel, PDF, Viber messages or an export from the system you use, with the schedule and fees as you keep them today, and we move it all in for you, free. Within one working day your academy is ready.
