Can coaches see their private lessons?
Yes. Private lessons appear in their week next to the groups, and they record attendance and payment on court from the phone. The office sees how many private hours every coach has.
If a child does not come, do they get a makeup?
If they say so in the app in time, yes, as long as your policy allows it. Otherwise the absence is recorded as normal. You decide when a makeup is granted and for how many days it is valid.
We have padel too. Does it fit in the same system?
Yes. Tennis and padel courts share one schedule, with their groups, private lessons and rentals. If you like, players can also book a court themselves from the app.
Our athletes are in Excel or another system. Do we have to enter them one by one?
No. Send us whatever you have, Excel, PDF, Viber messages or an export from the system you use, with the schedule and fees as you keep them today, and we move it all in for you, free. Within one working day your academy is ready.
